HRBrain announced today that Suzanne Speak, MS-HRM, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Workforce Strategy and Executive Advisor.
Suzanne brings more than 20 years of senior HR leadership experience across biotech, life sciences, and other complex, regulated environments. She has served as Vice President of Human Resources for mid-sized companies and large, distributed organizations, partnering directly with boards, CEOs and executive teams on workforce strategy, executive compensation, leadership development, culture, and organizational transformation.
Throughout her career, Suzanne has led enterprise HR redesigns, modernized HR operating models, and delivered measurable improvements in retention, engagement, and leadership effectiveness. Her experience spans total rewards strategy, executive coaching, workforce planning, culture transformation, and HRIS modernization.
At HRBrain, Suzanne will expand and scale the firm’s core offerings across total rewards, culture transformation, and workforce analytics, while developing new services focused on executive consulting, leadership accountability, and board-level workforce strategy.
